A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to officially book your party. Once your form has been reviewed, we will contact you to confirm your date and time. Thank you for your patience.
IMPORTANT NOTES & REMINDERS:
- Parties exceeding 12 children will be seated in a reserved section in our main area.
- Invitations are available for pick-up at front desk or can be downloaded.
- Everyone must wear socks
- No outside food or beverages are to come in
- Although we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that cake items have not come into contact with peanuts or other allergens.
- Distribution of loot bags (if any) are the parents responsibility
- Booking deadline for upcoming weekend is Monday before 12:00 PM (Noon).

EMT’s (Email Money Transfer) should be sent to email@example.com using your child’s name and age as the password. Example: Sally7 (In the event of two children sharing the same form, use the first one listed.)
